For those that know me, I have been working out like crazy lately…well, maybe 4-5 days a week. I have been doing a short but very high intensity work out. I usually go to youtube for my work out and I have found some of the greatest trainers there. I also found this girl Zuzka on oh my gosh! She kicks my butt every time I do one of her workout! She is great, short workout, but very intense! I absolutely love it. You can get her DVD on Amazon.com, I promised you, you won’t be disappointed! I started right around summer time, and so far I have lost 18lbs and counting… I’m almost to my high school weight, which is super exciting for me. I had to challenge myself and of course the cravings for food were entirely hard on me. I do still eat some carbs and sometimes will have my ice cream here and there, but for the most part I usually eat a lot of protein, some carbs, fruits and vegetables. I have been crazy shopping for workout clothes too that I love to wear. I like to wear something comfortable that also makes you look sexy at the same time. One of my favorite brands is Marika. Really nice material and super comfy, I love Marika!
